Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing or using the playpro8 website or any of its services, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement and govern the relationship between you and the playpro8 platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. playpro8 reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation & Security
To open an account with playpro8, you must be 18 years of age or older and a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh. During registration, you are required to provide your correct name, mobile number, date of birth, and other requested details. Creating an account using false information is strictly prohibited, and any such account may be closed at any time.
Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited. It is your sole responsibility to keep your password and login credentials confidential. Sharing or transferring your account to any other person is strictly prohibited.
We follow a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to ensure account security. Submission of a National ID or other valid identification may be required, particularly for large withdrawal amounts.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
While using playpro8, you are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. All platform services must be used solely for personal entertainment and may not be used for commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties. You acknowledge that you are using the platform entirely of your own free will and at your own discretion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:
- Attempting to hack the platform's systems or any breach of platform security
- Using automated bots or software to gain an unfair advantage
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions
- Defrauding or threatening other users
- Creating multiple accounts using false information
If evidence of any prohibited activity is found, playpro8 reserves the right to close the account without notice and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All transactions on playpro8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support deposits and withdrawals via popular mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposit amounts must fall within the minimum and maximum limits in effect at the time, which are subject to change.

Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Funds will only be returned to the same mobile number from which the deposit was made. In the event of a failed transaction due to a technical error, playpro8 will endeavour to resolve the issue within 72 hours.
Intellectual Property & Liability Disclaimer
All content on the playpro8 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and other elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of playpro8. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using any such content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Unauthorised use of our trademarks or brand assets will result in legal action.
Playpro8 does not guarantee any gaming outcomes. Gaming and betting are inherently risky, and playpro8 is not liable for any resulting losses. Our liability is also limited with respect to losses arising from technical errors, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures. Users should be aware of the risks involved before using the platform.
Our platform may contain references to third-party games or services. playpro8 accepts no responsibility for the quality, reliability, or legal compliance of such third-party content or services. Users should exercise their own judgment before making any decisions.
Account Suspension, Closure & Governing Law
In the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or evidence of fraud, playpro8 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account. Any valid balance in a suspended account may be returned following the completion of an investigation; however, if fraud is proven, the entire balance will be forfeited.
Users may also request account closure at any time. Please ensure you withdraw any remaining balance before submitting the request, as reclaiming funds after an account is closed may be difficult. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months) may be automatically flagged as inactive.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. The courts of Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising in connection with these terms. playpro8 may amend any part of these terms at any time, and any changes will take effect from the date of publication.
